On the afternoon of September 11, 2025, Jiang Zengwei, President of  the Global Alliance for Trade in Services (GATIS), met in Beijing with Robert Harutyunyan, Chairman of the Armenian-Chinese Friendship Association (ACFA). The two sides exchanged views on deepening practical cooperation in the services trade sector.

President Jiang thanked the ACFA for its long-standing support of GATIS and noted that GATIS will continue to serve as a collaborative platform to work with partner organizations worldwide to promote the high-quality development of global trade in services.

Mr. Harutyunyan highly praised flagship events such as the Global Entrepreneurs Summit on Trade in Services organized by GATIS. He stated that Armenia is ready to strengthen cooperation with GATIS, advance collaboration in priority areas such as education, culture and commerce, and actively tap the potential of services trade cooperation.

This meeting further deepened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.
